First visits start with a short consultation so your artist understands your hair, skin or lash history before anything begins.
Running late?
Call (541) 981-2457 if you expect to be 15 minutes or more behind. We schedule the right amount of time for each service and cannot always fit a late start.

What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment. Cancellations with less notice may be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled service. No-shows are charged 100%. The fee has to be paid before future appointments can be booked.
This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists, estheticians, massage therapists and other clients. A late cancellation is very hard to fill.
If you expect to be 15 minutes or more late, please call us. We schedule the proper amount of time for each service, so if you arrive late we cannot guarantee your services will be performed that day.
Do I need a consultation before extensions?
Yes, and it is free. Your stylist color-matches the hair and chooses hand-tied wefts or tape-ins for your hair, then prices the application. New extension clients get $200 off through October 28.
Can I book more than one service in a visit?
Yes. Hair, nails and lashes are different artists, so book each service and we will line them up back to back where we can.
Do you take walk-ins?
When a chair is free, gladly. Booking online guarantees your time.
Are the color prices final?
Color prices are starting prices. Very long or very dense hair can take more product and time; your stylist confirms the price at the consultation before starting.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, through Vagaro, for any amount and any occasion.
